Newbie from Maryland

Hello folks,

 

However, I am not new to the Credit Boards forum.  I lost my forum account for long time, but I can't recover my old account due to my old email address.  Instead, I have sign up with my current email address. 

 

My goal is buying new laptop quickly since my laptop is very old and several years old.  Problem is all VISA/MC cards are maxed out.  Two of my dept store credit cards have half utilization and continue to pay balances down.  That is only way to get loans from my credit union because many creditors will not approve my new account unless all credit cards have less than half utilization.
