If I were her I'd be more interested in alimony. It's not like the kids are babies. That child support is going to run out in a few short years and she's going to be SOL.

It says she's a stay at home mom with no income. She's using his cards and bank account as she did when they were married. It would make no sense for her to get her own credit card right now as then he wouldn't be liable for paying for the charges.

I just realized I'm sure she's going to get mega assets in the divorce, so alimony isn't necessary. The reason for the child support amount is to float her and the kids' lifestyle while the attorneys duke it out for the final divorce settlement.

Depends heavily on what that prenup says.  Given her attempts at cash grabbing now and getting Costner to agree to egregious payments seems to me that it is likely air tight and she knows if upheld she won't be getting that lottery style payout.

If they legitimately spent $6.6M on family expenses last year, asking for $3M in child support seems rather reasonable.

Kev better watch himself. He is having some kind of beef with Taylor Sheridan and likely will not complete season five of Yellowstone. That is the most popular show on TV, and fans will NOT like it if he kills the show just because he wants more money. That means no el-watcho his next project.

 

They've been running 1883 instead. He really doesn't do much on the show anyway, if I was the producer I'd write him out of the show and turn the ranch over to Beth and Rip. Most of the plot lines revolve around them anyway. Kev should retire and get his voice fixed.
