Received mail from NPS Solutions 2 weeks ago. Medical bill 8769 offering 2784 to settle. I recently sent hand written verification letter. They have not been reported to credit report. How aggressive should I be considering they haven't reported to CRA... I may sound like a newbie but all comments welcomed

What was the date of the medical services?? Were you insured?, If so do you have your EOMBs (explanation of medical benefits) It is impossible to comment on your post without the basic data needed to understand your problem.
