Whatever for their 10 minutes of fame.  Flying once a week because you only have to be at the office once a week isn't anything new.  Few are able to do that, but she's not the first.

If she's on the first flight of the day into the Tri-state area, OK, maybe. But all it takes is one storm somewhere in the flight paths, and boom! Delays, delays, delays. Plus, flying Spirit - the annual summer meltdown is practically overdue.
