Rorer_714
I have seen lounges closed to PP members during peak times. This is just another step. Not sure how much we can complain about something we get free.

Not sure how much we can complain about something we get free. Can I complain that Alaska revoked First Class lounge access when that was something we did pay for? Alaska is a weird duck lately, all the flights I took in 2022 and so far in 2023 I have been able to score first class tickets within $100 of the main cabin price. Add on checked baggage fees you don't have to pay in first class and it's closer to a $50 price differential. Not a hard choice, especially on a transcontinental flight. The lounge access was a huge perk, we loved it, but it's no more, and we don't fly enough to "earn" it organically. If there's a credit card that would offer something equivalent I'd leap at it but this article seems to imply "death by a thousand cuts" is coming for those perks too? If PP ends up with a ton of mouse-language exceptions the card benefit erodes.

True but anyone that pays the AF for this benefit needs to understand the game. 😂 hegemony
