DCU Loans

You should see your loan account once logged in.  A list of "YOUR ACCOUNTS" is presented; with your "Cash" accounrs displayed by default.  Click on the middle/third tab, "Loans", and you should see what you're looking for.

The easiest way to make your loan payment via the DCU online system is to add your "External" (payment) checking account as an additional "Cash" account.  (I believe they use Plaid to link.)  You won't be able to make a payment directly from that account to your loan, however.  It's necessary to transfer funds from your external account to your DCU checking, and then make the payment from that account.  (I have a monthly scheduled transfer set up from my external checking account, then a scheduled payment from DCU checking to the loan.)

The alternate means of making payments is to "push" a payment from your external account through their bill payment system, ensuring that you reference the appropriate loan account number and payment address.

Sometimes the hardest things to see, are the ones right in front of you. 😂

Yeah but their new website sucks pretty bad. Paying from an outside bank account is a circus. They also have a serious bug with their credit card auto pay. You setup auto pay for the full statement balance and it pays fine. Then the next month you have a $0 balance and expect no payment, but it auto pays your full statement balance from the previous month. I called them about it and they claim there's no issue. Sure. Happened on my wife's card first and then my card on another month. Clear issue they refuse to acknowledge.
