PenFed Fico Not updating

My PenFed hasn't update since July. Is there a clitch in the system or is it just mine?

 

I reinstalled the app and still the same issue.

isn't the penfed fico quarterly? mine updated 6/30 so expect a 9/30 posting soon?

I thought it was quarterly as well. Mine updated July 12th.

Yes it is. Just learned that today. Next update end of October.

It you have an option to explore their new website that has a monthly update to the FICO. For me the New website is on the right upper side of the screen after you log into your account. The old screen has a July FICO. The new screen has a September FICO.

Tried that and clicked on "View Fico Score" on the bottom right side but still showing July score. How did you get the September one?

Just by selecting the new experience screen. Nothing more.

PENFED technology is really something else. They must still be using tape mainframes for their operations.

I transferred cash from an outside bank to PENFED. 48 to 72 hours for the normal bank to bank transfer. No problem. But then they turn around and hold "the cash" for 5 business days. So the whole transfer ended up taking almost 2 weeks with the weekends. A CU that is worthless to bank with. Really.
