Credit Cards that will GROW and Banks that will COMBINE card limits? 2022

Hi Wise friends!  My question is simple.  

 

1.  What are some cards or bank issuers that have offerings that will GROW with you?  I mean into the 20k limit sphere?

 

2.  What are some banks that still combine credit lines?  For example, if you have 2 $10k cards with Bank of America, you may be able to combine the limits on one card to look something like 19,900K and $100, as an example.
