I'm unsure if Dollar General and Family Dollar are the same company. All these stores do have rats. It's a rat race.

If their debit card had a big picture of a rat enjoying potato chips in one of their stores, I might apply, otherwise I'll pass on this MetaBank card.  🤔

I have a distant friend who is now the Dollar General Prez of some division of something or other. Liaison the to Board of Directors.

At this point, the only ones left to get into the financial services game is the Salvation Army, Goodwill and Dollar Tree.

 

I'm gonna hold out for a private client banking relationship with the Central Bank of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea.

Maybe it will enhance their and a couple REITS I own dividends. 
They have thrived during the pandemic and picked up market share. 

We treat the local DG as a convivence store without fuel. Although there are a few

in our area that do have fuel when they took over location that were WalMart express

concept failed.

I remember 2008/2009 when Aldi was bragging about their new found profits during the housing meltdown. Makes perfect sense that DG has thrived.
