how this website works?

Hi everyone. 

a few questions. how long should I wait until a moderator confirms my post? I am new here but not new in credit information  sometimes it takes a day that my post is approved. how long it is like this? should I always wait  someone approves my post?

how can I like a post? :)))

Sorry sometimes I hibernate too much.   I got this one approved in 14 minutes.
