Can't log in to TR to dispute or view CR, they send a verification code to an old e-mail address?

I created an account with TR like 10+ years ago. It was with an e-mail address that I no longer use and can't access. Anyways, I tried logging in today after about as long and it appeared that they sent a verification code to my e-mail address that I've long stopped using. How can I update this or what can I do?

I have nothing to offer here other than calling their support number and being patient.

 

You don't cite want you were looking to accomplish.  If you merely wanted access to a report, perhaps you can obtain it through annualcreditreport.com without having to log into TU.
