Money Owed to University - NEED GUIDANCE

My Situation

I currently go to college in Oklahoma and owe money to the college I attended too. I owe a good sum of money, 18k for everything. I’m getting collection calls, and I’m not even sure I want to attend college after realizing how much I messed up. My credit isn’t good. Ghost nearly I believe. What do I need to do so I don’t get in any bigger trouble than I am in now? Any advice would be helpful.
