Babolat
Hi, I have a Citibank card on which I had close to $600 reward dollars. During Covid, I did not use the card for a while and I suddenly realized that my rewards balance is 0 since I did not use the card for 12 months. Apparently, this is a new policy they introduced at some point. I called Citibank and they said there was nothing they could do. Any advice on how I can get the rewards back? Try writing a letter to the CEO of the Bank. Explain the COVID excuse and ask them to consider a "goodwill" reinstatement.
