Best value card for $4k purchase?

Hello, I'm looking for the best card to pay for a $4k purchase. I've got the money but I'd like to use a card that will get me the most value back like in cash back or sign up bonus for spending a large amount. This is an orthodontist purchase but I want to get the most bang for my money.

 

I have: AmEx everyday preferred, Capital One secure, CreditOne platinum.

My relative has Discover it.

Do you travel?  One $4k purchase on a US Bank Altitude Reserve will get you a SUB worth $750 when used for travel.  AF is $400, but the card comes with a $325 travel/dining credit (so net AF is $75).

 

If you don't travel / spend much on travel, this wouldn't make sense.

Do the travel points expire and does it work for any airline? Is it easy to obtain the credits annually?

My two cents: Find the best cash back card for medical expenses with no annual fee. If you're going to pay for the orthodontic care over a period of time, then maybe a card that offers 0% financing for certain expenses or a time frame, will be better. Then there are cards that give you a large cash bonus after spending XX amount of dollars during the first 90 days the account is open.

When I had orthodontic care (decades ago) the office gave me a payment book. I paid them about $80 a month until the balance was paid off. All those monthly $80 payments from patients and parents probably explains why the orthodontist was always happy.

No expiration on the points.  They're worth 1.5 cents each toward a broad range of travel purchases (not tied to any air/hotel loyalty programs, you use them like cash through the US Bank travel portal).

 

The annual travel credits are applied automatically to purchases made directly from travel vendors (airline, hotel sites, but not travel agency sites like Expedia).

That's where I'm not sure which one to get... I've been thinking Discover it. 

https://www.creditcards.com/cash-back/ here it says Discover it can turn to $300 yet I don't know how easy that would be at 1% cashback being dupicated the first year though. Most of the other one's which I've seen say $200.
