Credit scores can be racially discriminatory. That’s mainly a function of the algorithms that produce the scores, not who compiles the data

Playing the race card from the bottom of the deck, but offers no evidence to back up this statement.

If access to credit—and economic opportunity—depends on whether your candidate wins, American democracy is deep trouble. I do not want to recreate Tammany Hall or the Chicago Machine

[Not being *P* just pointing out the dangers of a system that is ripe for abuse by opportunistic leadership] If there were ever an argument against Government operation of CRAs this should be it.

The only thing that could be considered racist is the zip code for the type or names of stores where you have store cards, which is used for credit scores.

My last name is jewish, but it has not helped my credit score.

I could see this turning into china's credit shaming system, if it's public to everyone rather than just finance companies.

The fact that 74 college professors signed off on this idea is troubling. The commie media probably didn't ask the 10,000 law professors who were, IMHO, against this idea:

I want to learn more about the demos think-tank who suggested the idea to Biden.
