I'm usually considering the opinions of several lawyers from the consumer law firm, however this time I will probably wait for your answer. Btw, you know, the best reasonable thing to do in any hard situation is to consult with lawyers, they know better what rights you do own and how you need to proceed in any hard situation. I've recently encountered some problems with pioneer credit recovery, they were calling me and threatening that if I didn't pay the debt(student loan), I would have big trouble. I was pretty scared because I was actually planning to pay the debt, but a little bit later because of financial difficulties, however they didn't even listen to me. The most important thing here is ti know your rights and fight for them!
