Paid OC CRA put on experian

Hi I paid OC on 8/30/2015. I dont have a receipt but I have a copy of the check from my bank. The CRA had it put on only my experian account. They show a 0 balance but they reported in 12/2015. What should I say to the CRA to get them to delete this from my account?

It is more than likely that the account is being reported by a JDB ( junk debt buyer) who obtained your data from a data miner. If you opt out you can help prevent these scum from poisoning your reports when you are in the midst of mortgage refinancing or application.

hey why chat I dont think so I got a letter from cr and immediately paid the OC so I am pretty sure they were first level because they got the message it was paid

Follow the guides. If the CRAs do not delete you go to the next step which is the medical DV for accounts reporting as paid.
