Actually, if it’s another Chase card, Chase likes under half your annual HHI. You can’t do it online, just call it’s easy.

How soon? Keep Chase apps at three months minimum is recommended.

I think he wants to churn Chase but doesn’t know how. What forum was this?

from flyertalk.

I still don't think this is a reason to lower a limit. chase is so easy to reallocate and combo with. My chase limits total more than my income.

This must be Bulldog's genetic spawn.  🙄

What type of Neanderthal buys $10k worth of Apple products only to get approved for an Apple Card?  I mean, sure, it's not that difficult to spend $10k at Apple, but hopefully upon approval of the card he emptied his shopping car and desisted with the purchase.

Something tells me that we will soon see Ms. unHappy in the "Help! I've been served" forum real soon and in the BK forum in four more years.

I smell a BK and a repo in this person's future.

Nearly $300k in student loan debt?  Making minimum payments on his CCs?  And wants to buy a $94k auto????

Assuming that someone with the financial acumen of a dyslexic squirrel can manage to keep their job, he owes about 4 years of net income on credit obligations that do not include a mortgage.

Oh, and to answer his initial question: His problem isn't DTI.  It's genetic.

The rest of this lunacy notwithstanding, it wouldn't surprise me if this CU doesn't do auto loans over $50,000 under any circumstances.

What car under 50K would you want... HA

I was preapproved with my CU for up to 80K for a new truck. They gave me a blank check.  :)

I only used half of that amount. A truck for me is a work necessity. Truck I replaced was only 2 years

old with 145K miles.

SMH... the only correct answer is "it depends what I am buying or trying to accomplish"

Well ...

PenFed aside, it's not like there's a hell of a lot of difference in a See You.  I would have doubts about Andrews FCU since it's on a Chair Force base, but Alliant isn't that bad as long as you like toy limits on your CC.  It has taken me years to get them to $25k and it was like pulling teeth every time.

Biz accounts ... BoA isn't bad.  If you search they have a $750 SUB, but it requires $50k on deposit for three months.  Other than that, I think they are all the same.

Credit 8502020 is overthinking things.  But I guess for him it's really rocket science.
