The couple in the article sound like they are on track with what the experts say you should have at their age. 

 

I can respect that people have their own barometer for what works for them but people who die with a million dollars in the bank but walked around with holes in their shoes or a constant sniffle because they wouldn't use heat during the winter confuse the heck out of me.
