early exclusion experian

Welcome to Creditboards!

We hope that you find what you're looking for here.

Some helpful tips:

  • Your post may not get a reply right away. Don't be discouraged, this is a very busy board. If it falls off of the first page, feel free to reply to your post yourself, with the word *bump* in the text. This will *bump* your post back up to the top of the board.
  • If you haven't yet, take a peek at out Newbies Section. Everything that you need to know is in that forum, for the most part. It's a lot of reading, we know, but this credit stuff can have a steep learning curve. In no time, you'll be posting like the pros!
  • If you find that someone is discourteous to you, use the REPORT button at the top right of every post - that will ensure that a moderator or admin looks at the post and decides if it is against the TOS.
  • Off -topic posts should go in the General Forum.

Again, welcome to the CreditBoards family!

I believe the Original Poster made a 3-word statement, rather than ask a question.   It seems that particular term is used on another credit repair site.

Experian early exclusion/deletion: 3-4 month.

Trans Union early exclusion/deletion : 6 months.

Equifax early exclusion/deletion: 1 month/YMMV.

IIRC, the previously recommended time frames were:

TU: 6 mo

EQ: 3-4 mo

EX: 1-3 mo

That's my memory of it too, as EX is always a pain in the reverse end of a donkey.

Never heard of this before. what is it for?

For an example, let's say a credit report states that a charge off will fall off a report on 03/2021. Early exclusion means it may be deleted sooner.

I have had more success with TU and EX (imagine that) then with EQ. EQ won't even so it 1 month early for me! I have treid several different ways but they just will not do EE for me at all.

If anyone has any tricks or tips I would dance at your wedding! I have 2 left both due to fall off 12/2020 not a day sooner. I have even sent goodwill letters to the OC's and that didn't work either.

I also had much better luck with EX.

Interesting. My experience has been that EX deletes 3-4 months and EQ was 30 days.
