CRA Verification Question ~ Social Security Card

Recommended Posts

Hi!  I'm getting ready to send off a new round of disputes, and I realize that I misplaced my Social Security Card.

Is there something else that I can send the CRA's besides my S.S.C.?

I went to all three of their websites, and it appears they all want different things, and basically I don't trust them, which is why I'm asking you lol.

I can tell you that my Military ID has my Social Security Number on the front of the card. However, I don't know if its current revision is the same. Plus, I don't know if CRA will accept the replacement.

When EQ sends back their bogus letter that they can't find your reports and need more info, they list 3 acceptable documents for proof of SSN. SS card, pay stub with complete SSN, W-2 form with complete SSN.

I asked consumer documents from Innovis, LexisNexis, EWS, ChexSystems, Experian, Equifax, and TransUnion, which never require a Social Security Card for verification.

Specifically, I am asking for a credit report, NOT a dispute.
