The CA verified the account. Is my next step to pay the OC the balance and then send the CRA the https://whychat.me/ltrcavalhipaa.html#DISPUTE

I sent the intial dispute letter to CRA. No response so I sent validation letter to CA. They verified info and it's correct.

What do you mean by "no response" from the CRA? The CRAs are required by law to respond in some way within 30 days.

What was the date of service? Is it reporting to only one CRA?? What did the CA provide as "validation"?? A recent account summary including dates and whatever payments your insurance paid on the account?? If you were insured do you have your EOMB showing what was billed, what was allowed and what was paid and how much was left as patient responsibility??

Date of service was 6/17. Yes that was the summary they sent. Yes I have eomb and it matches. My part was $1091 I paid it down to $842.

If it is only reporting to 1 CRA and the "verification" from the CA did not have a RECENT date on the account data from the OC then send the CRA where it is reporting this;
