I don't need to freeze it.

This is a topic initiated by RocketGoBoom, which complements the experience of freezing the negative consequences of LexisNexis.

The LexisNexis file is tantamount to a person's background history. The predicate of address information dates back to the 1980s, and many other things in the document are obsolete, completely outdated or irrelevant. Apart from freezing, It is strenuous for anyone to attempt to dispute it toward reaching a favorable conclusion. I applaud you doing that.

The only thing I recall from pulling my LN reports was that they listed an email address that was never mine as "confirmed." And they didn't list my actual email address which has been unchanged since 1995.

I don't recall it listing any of the aircraft I've owned nor my pilot's license. Maybe that's something new.

Hey, Cash

This proves that LN is currently reporting aircraft and pilot information. In addition, you can see that the report contains the criminal record of the perpetrator and the record of the sex offender, which is devastating.

meh...don't need the LN report for that.  Such information is just a quick hop, skip and enter key away at the FAA site.  Also provides the data on N numbers.

But...those who tried to actually find me through the FAA won't get much further than my PO Box...which is where the trail ends.

Yeah, I remember checking the FAA database back around 2005. Funny thing is that I was pretty good weaving my way around the SEC's database which has lots of corporate data but never checked my credit and had no idea what consumer credit reports were or what they contained. The different things one knows and doesn't know. So much to learn.

Was your aircraft personally owned or through an LLC/Corporation?

Personally owned. It would not have been a justifiable expense for the company.

I remember they had me listed as having a hunting license, ca. 1973. I've never had a hunting license in my life.

We use the LN data base the agency you mentioned here to verify identity.

The weirdest thing I don’t have identifying issues at government agencies only at credit unions.

You and Ivy are in a similar situation. Your file contains something unfamiliar, the wrong item was inserted in the file.
