Centex - keep in mind there's basically two States of Washington - there's Seattle and the Puget Sound area. That's where all the coffee addicts, homeless, and the tree huggers all live and play. Then there's the part on the other side of the Cascades. Yakima, Tri-Cities, and Spokane. Totally different way of life out there.
