US Bank's web site has been sporadically jacked up all week

On its best days, their site always seems a little jacked to me.  Nothing is where it seems it should be.  It's especially endearing to me that it's necessary to log into a separate "cashback" site to see where I am against the quarterly cap of $2000 in charges that qualify for 5%.

I'm also very tired of looking at this sparkler-brandishing d1ld0 every time I try to log in.

Have you tried the US Bank phone app instead of the website?  My phone app has been working alright all week for me. I haven't tried to use the website lately.

I don't have the app installed.

I loathe using apps.  Safari works with every other account I have.

I'm updating my list of points balances on various cards in anticipation of planning a short vacation in September.

From the app:

I'm not sure how one would use a credit card statement to view a current rewards balance, much less to redeem rewards.

It seems that when you get out of the big banks, (Chase, Citi, Etc) the website experience really sucks. US Bank has been a bizarro company to deal with lately, if only Chase didn't hate me...

It's also impacting the app.  You kids love apps.

I was able to log in a few minutes ago.  Once inside:
