dredee0 Posted May 30 One United Bank, out of LA, Boston, and Miami, has a new account for those who are in Chexsystems. It simply requires an online application, to which you get an INSTANT approval with account number, but you MUST fund the account with a debit/credit card. I have no desire for Overdraft protection. its $12/month as a fee. It takes about 3 days for the initial deposit to show up and seven business days for the debit card. NO CHECKS with the account either!!! Still, its far better than the prepaid cards and its a real account. Im unsure about Square/Cash App/Venmo, etc. Will update later.
