Dressbarn is about to close 650 stores

Recommended Posts

I'm a fan of Marshall's, TJ Maxx and HomeGoods, but Ross is strictly from hunger.

The very last time I was (or ever will be) in a Ross I was rifling through the underthings and they had a pair of Spongebob Squarepants boxers with a Ross price tag of $8.99.

And a Walmart price tag of $6.99.

interesting. I always assumed it was plus-size since "barn" is in the name.

Kinda the same here - I didn't make the assumption but I wondered if "barn" was a smart word choice when creating a store you wanted women to flock to.
