NCC Dispute address?

Recommended Posts

Could someone give me the correct address for disputing with NCC? I tried to disputing  with him about a year ago at the 3733 University Blvd. address and my green card kicked back to me saying address unknown. That’s also how they are reporting their address on my credit report. However, online I’m seeing 9428 Baymeadows Suite 200. Which one is correct or has anyone been successful with?

Use the address on your credit report. If the address doesn't work, use a copy of the unopened/returned mail piece to have the TL deleted.

Because of character/space limitations, it is not uncommon for a report to show a truncated address.  A very quick google search shows that the street is directional and that there is a suite number.  I am very surprised you could not find this on your own.

That wasnt the issue. The issue is they’re reporting one address on my credit report and another on the website. I did a Google search I saw there were two addresses listed and that’s why asked the question. Thanks for the input. Next time ask a question I’ll be sure to put that I did a Google search first

It indeed addresses the issue.  There is a truncated address showing due precisely to character limitations.  Truncated data is not a basis upon which you will see a deletion.

If you really wanted to resolve the matter, then you would send a complete and competent letter to a known good address.  Apparently, prompt resolution is not your goal.  My bad for having made the presumption that a quick resolution was the goal...
