DCU March Fico Update

Recommended Posts

same here, after being a yo-yo for a long while, the past 4 months have been strangely consistent. makes me wonder if DCU changed versions or FICO changed something with their scoring.

768 -> 733

A real puzzler because it comes at the end of a month in which I reduced the balance on a $20k revolver from $19800 to $3400.   My FICO 08's saw a decent boost in this timeframe.  (In fact, there's now a 90+ pt gap between my EQ FICO 04/5 mortgage score and EQ FICO 08 various )

No.  DCU still reports EQ FICO 5 (same as what we generally refer to as FICO 4, although that's a reference to the equivalent TU model).

I have a subscription to EQ Score Watch (grandfathered in at about $60/yr).  That reports EQ FICO 5, and my DCU scores are identical to those month to month.

(I'm pretty sure there are no "current" revisions to FICO 2/4/5.)
