So I've got huge balances I put on my amex biz plat each month (and PIF), but this doesn't report to my personal credit as its all under the business.

That said, I have my amex personal plat that DOES report to my credit each month, but I dont typically put larger balances on it (always PIF

If higher balances showing on personal would benefit my score, then I'd can easily shift over some of the biz purchases to my personal card for the reporting benefit and then turn in the expenses for reimbursement. (I own the business, so I can do easily)

Wanted to know if charge card balances reporting tend to typically affect your score and if this would benefit my score in any way?

NEVER mix personal and business...personal expenses go on a personal card, not a business card (and vice-versa).  Through the years, there have been people who reported shutdowns of business credit when the lender realized it was being used for personal expenditures...

I have never had issues with the platinum card balance reporting, although I have had one local lender comment about the high balance field since they are aware payment is made in full on those accounts.  They know my usual spend is under $10K but having had one month with much higher statement balance allows them to easily be aware that resources exist...

Having larger balances report to your personal reports isn't going to do anything for your score.  Having large charges on your personal cards can theoretically help you get a CLI from that lender but that's about it.
