Why won't Experian remove Authorized User accounts anymore?

Recommended Posts

They just keep updating when I clearly ask them to remove it(using their online dispute process). I select "Belongs to primary account holder" in the dispute options and in the note's I write "please remove". Do I need to do anything differently? Mail it in instead?

Other 2 bureaus removed the Au accounts with no issues.

What did the issuer say when you wrote to them asking that they remove their reporting and delete you as an AU?  What have they told the primary cardholder?

I haven't asked the issuer, I've asked Experian to remove it.

A critical aspect of this is to have the issuer remove your AU status from the account prior to making the removal request to the CRA's.

WINNING!
