I was bad. I slipped. Looking for a bank to park some cash in, got distracted by US Bank's CC's. Clicked on pre-qual. Filled in info. Showed 3 CC's. All with APR's which from this forum indicated pre-approval. They pulled TU (got an email alert seconds after app). Next page asks to accept or decline offer, odd, never seen that on a CC app. Says approved for $7,500. Weak SL 🤔

Might go here eventually:

App'd a Bankamericard for the BT offer.  NFCU BT is expiring, but here's the real rub:

I'm 5/24 by FOUR MONTHS!  So I couldn't get the Slate I wanted.  Didn't even realize...so annoyed.

(also, didn't know Chase stopped doing phone apps, like two years ago!)

Yup, approved.  Unknown amount. :P

[eta] Finagled the phone system - limit is $10k.  That was barely even worth doing.

Capital One Quicksilver:

Last CLI request was $15,000 -> $75,000.  System countered with $20,000, which I accepted.

I just asked for $20,000 -> $75,000 and got this:

Note:  This is my first open card in modern history, and it started its life with a $750 limit.

9 CLIs in 8+ years have only managed to drag this turd* up to $20k.

* A warm loaf by my standards today, at the time I was pleased that Capital One was willing to squeeze this one off for me, and it was a decent place to start.
