Master 2019 Approvals and CLIs Thread

Recommended Posts

Citi Expedia Voyager, $10,000 (--).

50,000-point SUB, worth $500, or worth $710 on "VIP Access bookings" (I have no idea what those are).

Requires $2,000 in spending in the first three months.

$95 annual fee.

We've had this card before, and the rewards points come in handy in cities that don't have conveniently-located/reasonably priced Marriott or Hilton properties.

Approval letter arrived about an hour ago via UPS Overnight.

If history is a guide, FedEx will deliver the card later today or tomorrow.

Just realized that DW received a $1k CLI on her $1k secured FNBO card after the 7th statement.  Right on schedule according to their stated policy.  If that continues it will unsecure in December.  590 EX FICO 09 at approval, 660 currently.

Congrats!

Citi still hates me for BK them.

One day maybe I'll get back in.

And now...  a check in the mail for the deposit amount.  It seems the card unsecured a month earlier than what their website says in possible.

Got a mailer for WF Cash Wise.

No SUB, ... but an extra 1.5% cash back (for 3% [or 3.6% on mobile wallet]) on up to 30k of spend over the first 12 months.

7k IGCL

I've been planning to apply for the 3 Wells cards eventually (Cash Wise, Propel & Visa Sig) over a several year period to build up a cash of points for air fare, so this offer just pushed me into the process I thought I might never get around to.

Hmm it's been May so let's see if I include everything since

Citi Premier TY - 5k

Citi AA - 4k>7k

Sync Paypal 4k>7k>10k

Discover -6k>9k

EX FICO:722

P2

Cash Magnet - 8k

CIP - 5k

EX FICO:753

I had to remove P2 from a few of my AU's to get her under 5/24 - and then once that's done got the CIP - next SUB to work on.

Hope you are all doing well and keeping it up!

Was the Sync/PayPal a HP or SP? Since it’s now reporting to my reports I should try for CLIs.

I was approved for the Ollo Card 2% Rewards Mastercard! I was not planning on applying for anything today, but I logged into Experian to check on a recent dispute, and it said I was preapproved.  I am still rebuilding and dealing with negative accounts, so I am looking to add positive stuff. Realistically, the negative accounts I am still dealing with will prevent me from getting any prime cards within the next 2 years or so, so I pulled the trigger on this one.

Data Points:

Limit: $500, no annual fee, 27.99%

Preappvoal: I got the offer on Experian's website directly.

Inquiries: Ollo pulled Experian and TransUnion. I didn't know they were a double puller, but I'm not sweating it.

Scores: Experian 617 and TransUnion 656

Utilization: Very high at the moment.

Inquiries: 3 on Experian, 8 on TransUnion

New Accounts: 2 new auto loans this year, 2 new credit cards

Baddies: On Experian, 2 unpaid COs, 4 paid COs. On TransUnion, 2 paid COs. No collections, several well established loans and cards.

Lowes 25-35k

Gap 5-10k

Athleta 5-10k

Old Navy 5-10k

BR 5-10k

I did those because of the split that will be occurring to old navy brands.

Synchrony seems to be pretty generous right now. Was approved for Lowe's in October for a low limit, immediately called and increased to $17k. Haven't used it at all and used the luv button and immediately approved for my requested $25k. Thought what the heck and hit it again, asking for $45k. Countered with $35k.

Amazon $6k increased to $10k.
