amazon visa two weeks message

Recommended Posts

Hi,

I apply for amazon visa on Nov 6, and Nov 10 I receive a letter to call them for verification.

I called them, and they ask me some questions and send a code to my phone. But the lady do not tell me if I am approved or not

After the call the automated message changes from 7-10 days message to 2 weeks message.

Now it's almost 8 days and still in 2 weeks message and no e-mail or amazon visa show up in my account.

This is good or bad?

When you call, are you calling Chase's backdoor number?

Agree with CV.  Call the backdoor number and speak to analyst.  Be prepared to discuss your credit report in detail (accounts, inquiries, and especially any negative items).

the first time I called was for the verification department, the number they ask me to call for verification. Now I still call for the automated line to check status.

You should have the option to speak with someone after the automated status.  You can also call the recon line and if it hasn't finished processing they can usually finish it up.
