Terrible credit automobile advances?

What do auto dealership mean when they publicize that "Everybody Gets Approved? 

Does everybody with an awful credit or potentially least pay gets endorsed also? Or on the other hand do they simply give you, say, $5,000 rather than $20,000? 

My credit is poor, and I require $18,000 for an auto.

It means they're willing to extend loans with horrific terms to almost anyone.  

 

The purchase price will be astronomical, and the interest rate will be obscene.  

 

The car will probably have a kill switch, which disables the engine if your payment is five seconds late.

 

You don't need to have any credit at all to buy a car.  Just pay cash for a car you can afford and you won't have to deal with the atrocious purchase and financing terms.

It means that if you can breathe, you can get an automobile loan.  Not everyone will be able to purchase what they want.  And the terms and conditions will not be palatable.
