One day that scumbag organization is going to have to change its name.  The owner admittedly stole the name from the US Army Parachute Team.  Used the same colors and used the same theme for the logo.  Piece of garbage.

At first, I thought you were talking about Credit One.

Guess y'all missed the agreement that was reached between the Knights and the Army.  https://cbssportsradio1140.radio.com/articles/ap-news/vegas-golden-knights-resolve-trademark-dispute-us-army

As to the card...local business supports local team.  Happens in cities all across the country.  It is up to the residents or fans of the team to decide whether the sponsor offers a product that makes sense.  And I could, quite frankly, see even credit-savvy fans getting the card just because it is sort of a cool design (save for the bank logo in the upper left corner) PROVIDED that the card carries no fees (goes back to the credit-savvy part).  Sometimes team cards carry discounts or early ticket purchase opportunities...not sure if that will be the case here or not.

Agree with your sentiments Konrad and I am a bit surprised the Army worked out an agreement.

For starters it's trademark infringement.  But mostly because it's disrespectful.

With an agreement in place, there is no infringement...and since there is an agreement in place, it is also obviously not viewed by the Army as being 'disrespectful.'

hockey is an acquired taste. I'm happy for all the locals that enjoys season 1 but I did not bandwagon. enochlophobia

Season Two should be interesting...books will clean up.  The odds are far too high for Division and Stanley Cup numbers right now...even the props for win totals are about 3-5 too high IMO.  I'd love to see them HIT those numbers, but I won't put anything down at the counter right now...

It is definitely a sport that is more easily enjoyed in person...television follows the puck which is not necessarily the same as following the action.

The Army is run by Congress.  All I need to say without bringing politics into the conversation and pi$$ing off the mods.

Your opinion of what is disrespectful to Veterans and Active Duty personnel means nothing unless you fall into one of those categories.  Which I doubt.
