Went from $50K to $70K.  Asked for $100K. $119.9K total across two cards now.

Link popped up again some time in the past couple of days, requested 76k and was countered with 65.1k.

That was all the motivation I needed (I'm still gun shy from when they axed my CL back in '07-'08).   Asked for 100k and they countered, ever so slightly.       FWI

ETA: I also have no banking relationship with BOA (although BOA does acknowledge it serviced my first (Countrywide) mortgage >10 years ago an d made me use the same log-in ID from when that account was opened).

 

Hopefully with the next CLi I'll get the Big Bear Special 99.9K(tm)

I don't have access to TAD's credit reports (or TAD either, for that matter), but the two cards that have my name on them have already had the new limits reported (at least to Experian).

For some odd reason the AA letter for this one was mailed to our house in California.  

 

It states:  

 

blahblahblah

 

The amount of credit extended to you by us and/or our affiliates is sufficient.

 

blahblahblah 

 

So I'm thinking he didn't get the full amount due to TOO MANY INQUIRIES.  😛

I have been sitting at the $99.9K for a while as well.  I even once asked for a $100 CLI to $100K and they wouldn't do it.  DWs card is sitting at $81.8K and last time we went for a CLI (<6 months ago)  they declined because she didn't have any banking relationship with them (or something to that effect).  I don't either, but I have been at the $99.9K for some time.  Maybe this is a new thing that if you don't have a relationship they cap your CL.
