Assistance with Patient's First accounts.

Recommended Posts

Good Morning All,

Longtime member and lurker. I need a little assistance tackling these two medical accounts. I’ve already opted-out and sent the info to delete old addresses.

I’m making the following assumption that Patient’s First (Doc in a box) is considered a medical account. If so, I was wondering how do I tackle the following two accounts? Thanks in advance!!

Patient First (listed on all 3 CRAs)

Date assigned: 2/18/2015

Original balance: $266

Current balance: $459

Status: Unpaid Collection account

Collection Agency: Receivable Management Sys (3rd party)

Patient First (listed on all 3 CRAs)

Date assigned: 12/17/13

Original balance: $139

Current balance: 0

Status: Paid:

Collection Agency: Receivable Management Sys (3rd party)
