CFPB Actions on Auto Loans Reversed

And every time Ally, Honda, and the others got sued for discriminatory dealer markup, they just announced a freaking complicated program (not in writing) so they could still continue to pay markups as expected. And we have to note on every MVRISA the reason the consumer received a particular rate and sign off in wet ink.


IMO without their oversight, as originally intended customers be double damned now.

All the more reason for a consumer with a decent credit profile to simply do business with their small local banking institution.
