You must live in a city.  I have about 280K on mine.

Yes but that isn't the primary reason.   I change cars quite frequently, only have an 8 mile commute to work (one way) and work from home some days.  My DWs car puts even less on, as she had it for 2.5 years and put 14K on it.

If I added up the mileage I put on my last 4 cars combined it doesn't come up to to the 75K on this car...

The Lexus sport utility coffin has a maintenance appointment in mid-May.

This will be the one-year anniversary of its last service, and it won't even be halfway to the 5,000-mile service interval since last time.

While this isn't palindrome-related, I am pleased to report that every digit in our current checking account balance is evenly divisible by 3.

Also not a palindrome, but check this out.

I keep track of our checking account in Excel.

In addition to keeping a record of historical transaction info, I use the spreadsheet to forecast routine income and expenses approximately 12 months into the future.

As of 6/28/19, I'm showing that the anticipated balance in our checking account will be:

I should have this thread renamed to include all types of interesting number patterns.

I have an account ending in 822 that has a current balance of $28,802.88.

Also, the last four digits of the landline of my childhood home beginning at age 4 - until my parents sold the house in 2014 - were the same as the last four digits of this balance: $28,802.88

I'm too lazy to think of a worthy title...think of a clever title and I will change it

How about:

"Financial Palindromes and Other Numerical Apparitions: Post Yours"

?

This thread has been less interactive than I'd hoped.

Maybe I'm the only one who notices this crap.  😛
