I will confess to occasionally stretching out a one-day meeting in OC into a week in SD, especially during the winter.

 

Aside from that and work travel, we are generally together in Mudland.

Women need to become self sufficient and avoid marriage. After divorcing a selfish ex 20 years ago, I have never had the urge to get married again... so it goes both ways. On the other hand .. I have him to thank for giving me the push I needed to continue improve job skills... if I had stayed married to him - I would have been nowhere

It doesn't say it anywhere since you are going getting a one sided story from the woman...... But what it does say is she is digging for more gold when she asks if she should wait for the Mortgage to be paid off to file for divorce because she knows he is inheriting money and once he uses said money to pay the house off it becomes communal property.... GOLD DIGGER.

In my first marriage my exwife told me we would be splitting everything 50/50. I worked and paid for her grad school. I thought this over and decided I was going to win since I was cheated on and she got pregnant. I took out all of our savings and spent every penny. It was about $30k of which she contributed less than 500. I maxed out every joint credit card we had. I totaled her new car. Then while she was at her parents I gave away all the furniture and anything else people wanted. She went insane and said I was going to jail. Never happened. House was sold and after the mortgage wAs paid we split $10k. The vacation I took on our saving was amazing. You can spend $30k in 2 weeks easily in Europe.

Funny how a woman staying in an unhappy marriage long enough to squeeze the man for every cent he has is a victim, but a man staying for any reason is an Id1ot.
