How Long Do I Have to Wait to Reapply for Cap 1 Venture One Card After Closing it to Combine Limit onto my Quicksilver?

I combined the limit from my Venture One to my Quicksilver a little over a year ago which in turn closed my Venture One card.

 

I was wondering if I could now go back after a year and reapply for the Venture One to take advantage of the initial bonus and to eventually combine the limit to my Quicksilver again?

 

Good or bad idea?
