Samsung Confirms Foldable Phone for 2018: Will It Fly?

Recommended Posts

Samsung's foldable phone is officially the 'Galaxy Fold'

It has a price and date, too: a whopping $1,980 when it launches on April 26th (May 3rd for Europe), meaning you'll have about two months to gather all that money while choosing between "Cosmo Black," "Space Silver," "Martian Green" and "Astro Blue."

:)

I miss my old StarTac...it did what I needed- it allowed me to make and receive calls when out of the office.  All the other crap is superfluous price inflaters...

Back in my "dark days" of credit, I wanted a StarTac. Carrier (VZ) rejected me for that and only let me have a Kyocera. Not even a Nokia. If I knew then what I know now, I'm rather surprised I was even able to get a post-paid cell phone, then again I was turned down by Cingular, (old) AT&T, and Nextel.
