IDK what NFCU sees that the other banks don't but I was just approved for the co-branded AMEX, 25k at 11.15. This makes a total of 64K with them (24K GoRewards and 15K LOC).

Was feeling pretty good so I apped US BANK (have been a customer almost 14 years) and they gave me a Visa sig with CL of 11k but the rate is 15.74 plus prime (ouch). Ironically, in December they wouldn't increase the limit on my platinum card that I've had since 2008. My TU report is much cleaner now than it was at that time. After my new approval I called UW and requested an increase on my current card using the same pull. They will let me know tomorrow??

Congrats on the approvals!!

APR is meaningless if you do it right. :)

Although I never carried a balance, I feel good when I'm approved for a low APR rate.

Amazon store card (5th statement) $1,700 -> $2,700. Requested online, asked for $10k total, countered with $1k... lol. I know I can call Credit Solutions, but this card is one of the few I have left that will see increases. I want the CLI fun to last as long as possible.

Amazon store card (8th statement) $2,700 -> $5k. Requested online, asked for $5k total... Yea! :D

Thanks!

Lowe's store card $300-$5000. I only asked for $5k--I wonder if they would have given me more...

Congratulations!!!

In my quest with Chase to up my CL's I app'd 2 cards with one HP yesterday, results were

Chase Disney Visa, $15,000

Chase Amazon Prime $5,000

The plan is to move $4k from the Disney card to my CSR for my first $50k CL.

Yeah, kinda excited about it.

Is there a prescribed time period or not that I should observe to move around any of my CL's from the new Chase Disney account to my CSR that I should be aware of?

Today was Day 91 for Discover hit the Luv button got $500 called and got another 1K for $1500 total on a SP.

Congrats!

Can somebody please tell me if it's literally one click of the button or are you guys actually filling out the 3 fields of information and submitting where they say it may require a credit pull?

Click the luv button. Then provide current income, assets, employer, and monthly housing/rent, click submit. You will either be given the results of we increase your credit line by X, I believe there is also an option to click another button "pull my credit report" for an attempt at a higher increase. Or you will get a message saying sorry no increase at this time.

Thank you for being the only one willing to answer that.

Got an increase from $6000 to $9500. Should I call in for more? How does that work?

Nice increase with only a SP. Just wait another 61+ days and hit the luv button again. No need to take HP with Discover. They tend to be pretty easy to get CLI's with the luv button

Why 61 days? I've done 31 days.

And what's the minimum wait time between a denied request and the next?

I find for me 61 days to be more likely to receive the increase. I too have done 31 days and been denied only to try 3 days later and get a small $500 bump. But as I said 61 has been more successful for me.
