FICO scores of mid 700s across the board. To reach this, strategy is to:

 

Cultivate and grow existing TLs

Payoff credit cards balance

Remove chap 13 bk & 5 IIB accounts in my CR

Ya know, I think I’m gonna just garden. I’m time/TL barred on Chase, and nothing else is really blowing my skirt up. Also by waiting an additional year I’ll push my AAOOA over 3 years. Easy to say this now as it’s early in the new year, but I’m gonna try.

I’m in the same boat. I can’t get a new Chase card until next year, and everything else is boring.
