I am not sure what you're asking here. Are you saying that both the OC and CO are double reporting to your reports?

they way I read it is it went many days late, OP never intended to pay, it was then charged off. They reported for a while and stopped then started up again

Yes but should have restarted as CO not ok then 30 60 90 etc.

 

But we have limited information to go on and don’t know whole story.

Nevermind I'll just dispute it for incorrect reporting because obviously it is.

You cannot report an account as a late status then CO status and turn around then not report anything for several months then all of a sudden report it as being paid as agreed for a year then all of a sudden start reporting 30,60,90,120,150 and 180 day lates.

Yes; once it's written off, nothing brings it current again unless someone signs a Novation agreement and subsequently defaults again

 

and Banks RARELY do this after it was Charged off , & think there is an FDIC Rule against it.
