Made some homemade falafel served with tzatziki sauce on pita bread. Baked, not fried. Only annoying thing is the falafel crumbles apart too easily but my husband absolutely loved it. It's now inducted into the StarkRaven$ recipe keeper file. And yeeessss it's 100% veggietarian. Ha!

I used to smoke those back in the day.  I think I would vomit before I could eat a piss yellow colored "hot dog".

Portebello mushroom burger sandwiches. I marinated them for over six hours in six liquid ingredients i.e. liquid smoke. They were delicious and not rubbery. Just make sure you remove all of the stems.
