OC Charge Off Paid in Settlement with CA Not Updating

I had a JCP charge off that I paid through a settlement with a CA. The CA is showing settled and paid but JCP is stil showing the debt as a charge off, not settled and paid. Is this correct reporting? If not, how should I dispute this? TIA

OC can still report as a CO. However it must reflect a 0 balance.

When you pay a CA, both the CA and the OC can still report. When you pay the OC, the CA must stop reporting.

So the OC is reporting a $0 balance which is correct based upon everyone's responses.

 

I paid the CA because they took me to court and I had to settle with them.
