I've been trying get into EQ back door for a few days now and it says "service is temporarily unavailable".

Has anyone experienced the same recently?

Why are you disputing online?

I just use it to peek at my reports from time to time. Not sure if that's what OP is doing though.

The link I posted is used for that (i.e 'someone denied me credit, let me see my report').

I'm not just checking for updates on my DW's report for an account that was disputed through the OC.

Whew....that's much better. I suppose you can pull one through the traditional backdoor until the supposed issue with the dispute updates is resolved.

I have had this problem with Equifax for about a week, was using the dispute (backdoor) link and nothing. Never have used the link Big Bear posted, so thanks for that!

And even going the back door link that you gave, BB, she gets the request to mail in information (Which she's already done) while using her actual report number and more

I'm going to add to my thread (When I can find it) instructions for the backdoor, as well as re-opting out of online delivery from each, because....I can't find it right now <_< Isn't this where Kat usually pops up the links? :P

I've been having the same issue, one day it works, the next day it doesn't, but in the last few days its been a boomer. You can always fax your dispute, I've been using this fax number for a while now, 888-826-0549.

Well, the disputes get mailed in. It's more to check on the status of them with the CRAs. Ironically, got home today, and found EQ finally got her the mailed response to her dispute. Ironically (?) it is dated 9/7/2017....but just arrived in the mail? Something's fishy going on there, indeed. Isn't that a violation by itself?
