Bank Account for Delaware LLL (filed) Chexsystem

Recommended Posts

What bank can I open a business checking account if I'm on chexsystem and ews? My LLC was filed in Delaware but I reside in IL. Will I need to file a foreign LLC in IL to get a bank account? The filing fee is ridiculous here.

No, you'll just need your paperwork.

What's your city and county in IL? Several credit unions that are Telecheck only, depending on your location.

Thanks! I'm in Chicago. I know Armed Forces Bank offer a business checking, I have their checking account but not sure if the underwriting is the same for a business account.

Any more leads?

EWS limits available options.
Since you're applying as a business, some may verify your identity only - versus a full EWS run on your info.

Any experience with these?
(They offer business accounts)

US BANK - usbank.com
(It's been reported they may approve if Chex info is over 2 years old, but you have to go into a branch)
